WorkBrief

Editorial & Corrections Policy

Last updated: 8 October 2026

WorkBrief aims to publish clear, accurate and useful information.

Sources

We prioritise original sources, including official announcements, employer career pages, university websites, scholarship providers and reputable publications.

We link to sources where appropriate and identify information that cannot be independently confirmed. We do not present unsupported claims as established facts.

Original Writing and Summaries

We produce original explanations and summaries rather than copying full articles from other publishers. External material is used subject to applicable permissions and source conditions.

We aim to add value through context, practical guidance, comparison and clear organisation.

AI Assistance

AI tools may help organise information, suggest wording or prepare initial summaries. They are not treated as factual authorities.

AI-assisted content is reviewed before publication. Review includes important names, dates, figures, eligibility requirements and source links. We do not knowingly publish invented quotes or sources.

Jobs and Scholarships

We check opportunities against available official information and display the date checked where appropriate. We distinguish destination, applicant eligibility and remote-work restrictions.

Listings with unclear details may be withheld or marked for further checking. Readers should confirm current requirements on the official application page.

Reporting, Opinion and Sponsorship

Opinion and sponsored content are clearly identified. Commercial relationships do not justify publishing misleading claims or concealing material information.

Corrections

Send correction requests to contact@workbrief.example, including the page URL, disputed information and supporting source.

We review requests and correct confirmed errors. Material corrections are explained on the affected page. Routine spelling or formatting fixes may be made without a correction note.

Updates

We update content when relevant information changes. An updated date reflects a meaningful review or change; we do not change dates simply to make old content appear new.
